Want to try adding a Shred into your practice (or just on it's own - just be sure to warm up and cool down first)? Give these Shreds a go. I use a tabata timer on my phone to time 8 rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest, That means each shred is 4 minutes. Just 4 minutes for fantastic results! You can start by adding just one 4 minute shred and maybe repeating for 2 to 3 rounds OR you can aim to do up to 3 different shreds. I usually do 3 different shred in my own practice with a nice flow yoga style warm up and some relaxing stretches after.
