Yoga Shred is a great way to train bought to us by Sadie Nardini. She's pretty awesome but she's also a genius when it comes to getting great results and also keeping things fun. I have been teaching HIIT classes for years but I also have a major soft spot for yoga so when I found out I could combine the two and it works, I was delighted! So here is how it works. Whether you have excess weight to lose, or you want to boost your metabolism in order to stay detoxed, defined and up your endurance, these sessions will work better than hours at the gym or on the yoga mat. During these sessions and after, you should feel empowered, energetic, and see more results than you ever have. You'll also get your life back--with short sessions on the mat and then a lot of time off as your body transforms to its best, most fit place. You can do this class if you're strengthening or already strong, and it will kick even a sluggish metabolism into higher gear. This is the most fun you'll ever have sparking healthy weight loss, toning & trimming up and boosting your metabolism naturally. Q: Why should I do this program over others? A: Because it works faster and better than anything I, and hundreds of thousands of clients have tried. And Science backs it up! This blend of yoga and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is literally the best exercise you can do and it takes the least amount of time. In just a few minutes a day, you can spark strength, cardio health, calorie and fat burn as if you've worked out for HOURS. It's pretty incredible. Q: Will this be too hard for me? A: That depends. If you're healing from a recent injury, or need a really gentle form of movement, then this course probably isn't the best fit for you. This program is for those with pretty good range of motion, who are in good health and relatively strong (you are moderately active in your life). If you have a little joint issue here and there, like your knees aren't great or your wrists don't bend well, you can absolutely do these moves your own way. I give many options.
