Frequently asked questions
How long will this course take?
You can go at your own pace which means there really is no set amount of time. I would recommend taking in one module per week - meaning it would take 8 weeks plus extra time for the bonuses. You will have access to the course for 12 months, and also have your guidebook which covers everything to download and keep forever.
Can't I just practice for free?
There are so many free resources out there, if you would like to seek them out and play around with them, absolutely go for it! But, if you would like accountability, my many years of experience, the motivation to implement these changes in your lifestyle, and most importantly if you resonate with me and my teaching style - then I would highly recommend investing in this program for your family.
Can I get a refund?

I have a child who is younger / older than the ages specified. Can they still join in?
Yoga is an amazing practice that can be practiced at any age. While int his program I share ways that can resonate with ages 4 to 12, any ages are absolutely able to join in with you at home. I hope you can find your own ways of exploring what you have learned here, together.
I already did The Family Yoga Challenge - How is this different?
The Family Yoga challenge was 5 days that introduced a short practice each day and then pieced it all together at the end. In this program we dive much deeper into what Yoga is, fun ways you can practice, ways to calm and de-stress and how to be a good guide. We look at Yoga beyond the poses, how to form a connection plan and much more.
