Hi, my name is Natasha. My mission is to empower children to manage big emotions through enjoyable and meaningful yoga and mindfulness activities.
At Amazing Me Yoga we strive to create a safe and fun environment for children to express their emotions, build self-awareness, and strengthen their connection to their body and mind. We use yoga, mindfulness, and fun games to help children understand their emotions, build emotional resilience, and foster self-regulation skills. Our goal is to help children develop healthy coping strategies and to lead happier, more fulfilling lives.
